How it all started

The “Historical” is a quiz app gamified for learning communist history in Prague, Czech Republic. Everything began with a simple concept. How can we learn important history in a more enjoyable way?

It allows you to learn how past societies, systems, ideologies, governments, cultures, and technologies were constructed, how they functioned, and how they changed over time.

The app allows people to interact physically and provides opportunities to enjoy the environment more. It includes all necessary functions and does not require any additional apps to enjoy the application's full functionality.

It provides an opportunity to develop and broaden our historical knowledge of the city in which we live. It could also be a chance for those who are not physically present in Prague to learn before coming. Getting past the stereotype that learning history is boring. It's an opportunity to learn history in a fun way. By using the app, you can also get to know people who are interested in history.

Feedback


Questionnaires have been designed to help develop the concept of the app. It has given us chance to have interactions with potential users and consideration of their feedback/reactions. It did not only help us make direction but also challenged us with problem-solving.
